  • ATTENTION TO ALL CLUBS & MEMBERS:
    "The AAC is NON-TRANSFERABLE" (stated at the back)

    Please bring you DLR (drivers license) or any Valid ID WITH you Picture on it.

    We will be requesting all of the Attendees to present their ID when presenting their AAC on registration. If the AAC do not match, no entrance, no meals and no kit.

    If your Club President or Representative is claiming a kit/kits for any member/s who is FULLY PAID AAC (P200) AND DELEGATE FEE (P1,100) that for some reason DID NOT GO - You MUST BRING that Member/s AAC to present for his kit.

    We will hold the AAC of the fully paid delegate member absentee together with his kit for safekeeping and return BOTH to the President of the Representative on the last day of the convention.

    This way we will not have ABSENTEE AAC'S BEING PASSED AROUND TO OTHERs.

    Previous Announcements:
    As per the meeting with the NFMC Board and VP's 3 weeks ago, the decision on the phase delegates attendees are as follows:

    Phase 1 - April 27-29, 2012:

    All Motorcycle Clubs and its members that have their clubs included in the PAST 17 CONVENTION SOUVENIR PROGRAMS.

    *This means that if you were a WALK-IN SUB-400 Delegate in last years 17th Davao Convention and you were NOT INCLUDED in last years souvenir program or in any prior souvenir programs in the past - you BELONG TO PHASE 2.

    All motorcycle clubs and riders on higher displacements which includes maxi scooters of the same or higher displacement.

    We will have a security gate list and will be very strict with the delegate entrance of all attendees. If you do not belong to this phase, PLEASE do not arrive on this date. The convention site IS NOT an open area wherein even outsiders or lookers may enter, there has an entrance gate and pre-programmed computerized delegate list.

    Phase 2 - April 29-May 1, 2012:

    All motorcycles, underbones and scooters. Including Rousers, CBR150, CBR125, FZ16, Mototstar, and alike motorcycles.

    We are encourage all onsite attendees to arrive as "a group or club", preferably in the same jackets or uniforms. Aside from being in the pre-registered list, this will make your entry much easier. For safety reason, We will not allow entry to solo riders or tandem riders wearing sando, slippers or shorts.

    You are now par of the National Federation of Motorcycle Clubs, Phil., make your first National Convention a memorable successful one. The Chaiman will induct all the new members on the second Castrol night big night party.

    Again, Bikers Unlimited MC and I thank all the clubs and its riders in supporting the 18th National Motorcycle Convention.

  • Please be informed that effective today, March 24, 2012
    The acceptance of AAC (Step 1 & 2) in our website is OFFICIALLY CLOSED.

    We will no longer accept any applications, corrections and payments for the membership and AAC. Final stages of printing is undergoing now. In case of any delay, there are some Clubs who have processed the AAC, but HAVE NOT SENT THEIR CLUB LOGO.

    We will try to pick up the logo from the Souvenir Program that you sent. If we cannot locate your club logo, we will just PRINT YOU CLUB NAME on the AAC.

    We will still accept Step 3 - Delegate registration Fee of P1,100 up March 31, 2012 and Guest Fee of P1,300.

    We will still accept Step 4 - Fontana Reservations up to April 15, 2012 - contact me directly at souvenir@motorcyclefederation.org for the rates and availability.

    We are accepting T-shirt sizes for the giveaways ONLY FOR PRE-PAID registered Club Members up to March 31, 2012 only - with no extensions.

    2. Wait for your Club's membership confirmation password that will be sent to you via email or mobile.
  • STEP 2. Get your NFMC official ID "All Access Card"

    2. Using the Club membership password that was given to you, fill-up the form and submit your members Full Name and Club position
    3. Submit NFMC ID payment deposit slip to info@motorcyclefederation.org or fax it to:
